Unintentionally created, In the blue light we failed. is a work that brings together failed images from my practice, that have been produced over several years during various stages of image making.
These collected images are transformed into a book and piece together the errors that have occurred unexpectedly when the camera failed to record, and process irreversibly left it’s mark upon the surface of an image. Each book comes enclosed in a light tight bag and contains it’s own unique photographic print on the cover that reacts to light when opened.
